Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced individual with previous experience in aircraft operations to manage a small team at our Fairoaks office, looking after a fleet of jet, turboprop, and piston aircraft. The successful applicant will be highly self-motivated with a disciplined approach to work, and will have an understanding of regulatory matters, good interpersonal skills, and a high awareness of commercial aspects of aircraft operations including cost control. Attendance will be generally in normal weekday office hours, though some flexibility is required.
